Copyright & Content Reporting Policy

PingCreator hosts content that Creators submit for campaigns. This page covers what we require from Creators around third-party rights, and how anyone — a rights holder, a brand, or anyone else — can report content on PingCreator they believe is infringing or otherwise illegal.
1. What Creators warrant
By submitting content through PingCreator, you confirm that:
- you created the content yourself, or otherwise hold all rights needed to submit and license it as described in our UGC Rights & Content License Terms;
- it doesn’t infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property or personal rights;
- any music, video clips, images, or other third-party material used in it is properly licensed for the commercial use the campaign requires — most background audio available in social apps is licensed for personal, non-commercial posting only and is not sufficient here; and
- it doesn’t depict any other identifiable person without that person’s permission to appear in commercial content.
2. Reporting infringing or illegal content
If you believe content on PingCreator infringes your copyright or other rights, or is otherwise illegal, tell us via our contact page with the subject line “Content report.” Please include:
- a description of the content and where on PingCreator you found it (or how you received it, if it was sent to you as part of a campaign);
- why you believe it’s infringing or illegal, and, for a copyright claim, a description of the work you believe is being infringed;
- your contact details; and
- a statement that you’re acting in good faith and, to the best of your knowledge, the information is accurate.
We review reports and aim to respond within a reasonable time. Where we determine content is infringing or illegal, we remove or disable access to it and may suspend the Creator account responsible, per Section 1 of our Terms of Service. Where reasonably possible, we let the affected Creator know why content was removed and give them a chance to respond before action is finalized, unless doing so isn’t appropriate for the type of report (for example, reports involving illegal content where notice could cause harm).
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can tell us why through the same contact channel — reference the original report if you have any details about it. We’ll review and let you know the outcome.
