PingCreator is built for creators acting in a self-employed or business capacity (an “Unternehmer” within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code, BGB) — not for private individuals acting as consumers. By registering, you confirm that you are using PingCreator in this professional capacity.

As a business customer, you are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under the German Civil Code or EU consumer protection law. We do not grant a contractual right of withdrawal either. Once your one-time platform access fee is paid, the purchase is final, subject to the refund terms set out in our Terms of Service.

If you are a private individual acting outside of any trade, business, craft, or profession, PingCreator is not intended for you — please do not register, as our services and pricing are designed exclusively for business/self-employed creators.
