Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason, under EU consumer protection law.
The $30 one-time signup fee
This portion of your PingCreator payment is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, delivered immediately once payment clears — your dashboard and all campaign offers unlock right away, not after 14 days. Because of this, EU law lets us ask for your explicit consent to that immediate access, together with your acknowledgment that doing so ends your right of withdrawal on this fee once access has begun.
We only rely on this if you actually gave that consent — at the point of payment, you must separately check a box confirming you want immediate access and understand you are giving up the 14-day withdrawal right on the $30 signup fee as a result. If you did not check that box, or purchased before this consent step existed, your statutory 14-day withdrawal right applies as normal to this fee — contact us via our contact page to exercise it.
The $15/month membership
The recurring part of your PingCreator membership — including the first month, even though it’s charged together with the signup fee on the same invoice — is an ongoing service, not one-time digital content, so the exemption above doesn’t apply to it. We don’t ask you to waive anything here. Instead: you can cancel your membership at any time from your dashboard, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again after that, and you keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
Business customers
The statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law only applies to consumers. If you are registering as a business or in a self-employed, professional capacity — i.e. a “trader” rather than a “consumer” as defined by EU Directive 2011/83/EU — the right of withdrawal does not apply to you in the first place, regardless of the waiver above.
